Privacy policy
How we handle your data.
Short and plain: what we process when you visit or write to us, and what you can ask us at any time.
Last updated: 12 October 2026
Who we are
This website, xabeyond.net, is run by XA-Beyond, led by its founder Rodella Federico (“we”, “us”). We are responsible, as data controller, for the personal data described in this policy.
For any question about your data, write to xabeyond.info@gmail.com.
In short
- We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
- The site has no advertising, no tracking cookies and no analytics scripts.
- We only process what is needed to run the site and to answer you when you write to us.
What we process and why
When you visit the site
When you open a page, our hosting provider automatically receives the technical data every browser sends: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, your browser and operating system, and the page you came from. We need this to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix errors.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you write to us
If you send us an email, we use your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message to reply to you.
Legal basis: taking the steps you ask for and our legitimate interest in answering messages (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
When you download XA_Link
Downloads need no account and no personal details. The download is recorded only in the technical data described above.
Preferences saved in your browser
The site saves your cookie choice and, only if you allow it, the language you pick. These stay on your device and are not sent to us. The cookie policy explains them in detail.
Who receives the data
- Netlify, Inc. hosts the site and processes the technical data on our behalf.
- Google provides the Gmail inbox where we receive your emails.
- Instagram, X and YouTube receive nothing from this site. Our links to them are plain links: once you open one, you are on their service and their privacy policy applies.
We do not share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
Transfers outside the European Union
Netlify and Google may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep it
- Technical data: kept by the hosting provider for a short period for security and troubleshooting, then deleted automatically.
- Emails: kept only as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
- Preferences in your browser: stay on your device until you change them or clear your browser data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what was done before.
To exercise any of these rights, write to xabeyond.info@gmail.com. We will answer within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority: in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or the authority of the country where you live or work.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Our apps
This policy covers this website only. Apps such as XA_Learn and XA_Link may process other data; they will give you their own privacy information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
